Zich is a home for real people. No bots, no impersonation, no harassment — treat others the way you'd want them treated at home.
We claim no ownership over what you upload or create. It's your life — our job is just to keep it safe and deliver it to your circles.
Zich keeps improving. Features will evolve, and occasionally things will break — we'll always work to fix them fast.
Zero tolerance for abuse, exploitation, or anything that makes someone's home unsafe. That line never moves.

Our goal is to give people a private digital home — a place to stay connected with the people they love, keep what matters, and receive assistance during the moments they can't ask for it themselves. A platform built on trust, privacy, and reliability rather than attention or engagement. We are working to provide the best quality of service, but as with any software, you may occasionally face interruptions or outages while using Zich.
Zich is a mobile application published by Zichverse Pvt. Ltd. on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The purpose of these Terms of Service is to determine what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. These Terms define Zichverse Pvt. Ltd.'s relationship with you, outline the laws that apply to us as a service provider, and set out rules for interacting with our Services that we ask you to follow.
We strongly encourage you to read these Terms, because by accessing any of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by them. By accessing our Services, you also agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The law gives you certain rights that can't be limited by a contract like these Terms, and we don't intend to limit those rights in any way. If you don't follow these Terms and we don't take action immediately, that doesn't mean we're giving up any rights we may have, such as taking action in the future. We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services or how our business works — for example, when we:
If you don't agree to updated terms, you should remove your content and stop using our Services. You can end your relationship with us at any time by deleting your account. There may occasionally be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions; we reserve the right to correct any information on our Services without prior notice.
These Terms apply to all users. If any term or provision is declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal or in conflict with any law, that won't affect the validity of the remaining terms.

Zich is designed to be usable by people of all age groups, with the goal of helping anyone reach assistance when they need it.
These Terms establish your relationship with us. In general, we give you permission to use our Services if you agree to follow these Terms, which set out how our Services work. When we speak of "Zich," "we," "us," and "our," we mean our applications. When we speak of our Service or Services, we mean the features and functionality we provide — among them private circles, chat and shared content, alerts, trusted contacts, safety timers, and other app features.
We constantly develop our technology and features to improve our Services. As part of this, we may add or remove features, modify usage limits, or offer new services and end those previously offered. We may also make changes to:
We will update our Services to comply with relevant laws and regulations, and we may automatically update our Services to counter high safety or security risks. Our Service is provided on an as-is, as-available basis. We do our best to keep it working as expected, but due to the nature of software, we can't guarantee it will be free of errors, bugs, or unintended issues. You may face interruptions and outages, and you can reach out to our support line to resolve any issues you encounter.
Zero tolerance for CSAE. At Zich, we have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We strictly prohibit any content, behavior, or user interaction that exploits or endangers minors.
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any visual depiction (photos, videos, illustrations) involving minors in sexual activities or sexualized contexts is strictly forbidden. We remove any reported or detected CSAM immediately and permanently ban the responsible user.
In-app reporting. Users can report any suspicion of CSAE or CSAM directly from the app via the "Report / Feedback" feature, or by contacting contact@zich.app for urgent concerns.
Legal compliance. Upon learning of any CSAM, we take prompt action in accordance with our standards and applicable child protection laws, and we cooperate with relevant law enforcement and child protection authorities.
Child safety contact. For child safety concerns, abuse reports, or notifications (including from Google Play), reach out to our dedicated Child Safety Officer — Zich Admin, contact@zich.app.
We may monitor our Services for violations of these Terms, and may take appropriate action against anyone who, in our judgment, violates the law or these Terms — including refusing or restricting access to our Services, and taking other action aimed at protecting our rights, property, or the proper functioning of our Services.
We claim no intellectual property rights over the files you upload or the content you generate using our Services, and we won't use files you upload to independently generate content, or use your generated content without your permission beyond what's described below. We use the content you upload to perform our Services, and may use it to improve our Services and models, with security measures in place to prevent unauthorized access. Files you upload are processed automatically and can be deleted at your request.
We can't guarantee our Services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other issues, and may need to perform maintenance that results in interruptions, delays, or errors. We may also need to modify, suspend, or stop offering our Services without notice.
For free plans, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or stop offering our Services for any reason and without notice. For paid plans, we'll notify you in advance of changes that may adversely affect your use of them.
You agree that we have no liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use our Services during downtime or discontinuance. Nothing in these Terms obligates us to maintain, support, or supply corrections, updates, or releases for our Services.
We give you permission to use our Services if you agree to follow these Terms. We reserve our intellectual property rights in our Services — including source code, technical capability for our protocols, feature design, databases, functionality, software, technology, videos, website designs, text, and graphics, as well as their design and arrangement, and our trademarks, trade names, and logos. Please don't copy, reproduce, republish, upload, publicly display, distribute, sell, license, or use any part of our Services for commercial purposes, and don't use any part of our Services or their output to build products, models, or services that compete with Zich.
Provided you hold the necessary intellectual property rights in content you generate with our Services, you may use that generated content for commercial purposes.

Zich Home lets you send messages, photos, video, voice notes and posts to people in your circles. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users. This section explains what that means in practice and what you can expect us to do.

Anywhere you can see someone's content in Zich Home, you can report it — open the menu on a conversation or alert and choose Report. Reports are private: the person you report is not told who reported them. We review every report and aim to act within 24 hours, removing content and suspending or removing accounts where our rules have been broken.
You can block anyone, from the same menu. A block is immediate and it is mutual: a blocked person cannot message you, call you, send you alerts, or add you to their circle, and blocking someone also removes them from your circle so they stop receiving your alerts. They are not told that you blocked them. You can see and undo your blocks at any time under Settings › Blocked accounts.
Accounts that post objectionable content or abuse other people may be suspended or terminated without notice. Because Zich Home is a personal safety product, we treat misuse of alerts — sending false emergencies, or using an alert to frighten or track someone — as among the most serious breaches of these Terms.
If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. Zich Home is not a monitoring service and does not contact emergency services on your behalf.
